Can't get a line with a Stacked Bar chart - please help!

Hi,

For my thesis, I wanted to show the age of my sample in comparison to the age in the country. Where the age would be in a stacked bar chart and the age in the country would be a line.
However, I tried everything but I can't seem to make it work. The attached picture "1" is what I want, and picture "2" is the furthest I came.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
