"Can't Push Objects Off the Sheet"

Trying to insert a line on sheet with 283 lines.

Wont let me, getting this error. I have no objects on the page, all data.

If you press Ctrl + End where do you end up?

It takes me to Line 198, the last line of data

On the Home tab under Find and Select, click Selection Pane.
Does anything unexpected show up?

Control 1 and Control 2 show up

If you don't require them then yes (although I'd do it on a copy of the workbook)

There's no place to delete them, just hide (?) Hide doesn;t work

On the Find and Select, Goto Special - Objects - OK, you can probably just press your Delete key from there
