I need to change a percentage to a number but keep the leading zero.
5.55% would need to be 05550 (I need to keep the leading zero in my final result)
10.05% would look like 10050

Making sense?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Just keep in mind that using the TEXT function returns a string value, and not a numeric one.
That could be problematic if you are trying to use that value in any sort of formulas or calculations.
