code change after delete some column

Hello all
i have a conditional formatting in place

=OR(AND(C4="x",B4="x",A4="X",XFD4="x"),AND(C4="x",D4="x",E4="x",F4="x"),AND(C4="x",B4="x",D4="x",E4="x"),AND(C4="x",B4="x",A4="X",D4="x"))

for some reason i have to delete 2 weeks schedule and now if i put an x to the sequence it does not highlight in red after 4
what i'm doing wrong ?

for info i delete column T, U

@kerm007 Two suggestions -

First share a link to the post where you got this CF rule. People won't understand the purpose behind. I remember working it hard way to give you this rule.

Second Select the entire sheet and check if rules have changed. When you delete few columns or rows, Excel readjusts rules as per it's understanding... At time we have to recheck rules to function them properly.

Correct the range and reapply the original formula for CF, it shall work
