Code not to resize if count is 1

Hello guys
With the help of JohnnyL's code I am trying to add a few lines from it to another application. But I am not able to place or edit the code properly. If I add those lines to the code, the data gets deleted. Can someone tell me where am I going wrong.?
Johnnyl's code where it worked in another application which I am referring to is

What I was trying to get at is if your file size is anywhere near 1MB, for example, there is something wrong with your file. 6000 rows or not, that is way too big.

if it is 1 MB or more, then I wonder what could be wrong. I have no idea about it. But all the files I am updating with your help are in kbs. I really appreciate your support man.

I checked the uploaded file. It is 35 MB even after there are only 15 rows of data in each sheet. Can you tell me what is the reason for that?
