I have an excel that tracks employee attendance, performance, status, etc. and need some help. When a person is terminated, moved to another training, etc. they are coded on one of the sheets as such. What I need is a macro that will color code all of the rows for a particular agent in the corresponding color on all tabs. For example, an employee in row 10 is terminated. Once term is selected, all other tabs will color code row 10 as red. If they are moved to another class, code yellow and so on.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Can you post a copy of your worksheets? (See signature for instructions)
