HI All,

I am trying to set my data into colours using certain values. (Colour the row)
Here is a section of my data that will determine the colour:

1. If new stock level is 0 then colour in yellow
2. If new stock level is lower than max stock level colour in Green
3. If new stock level is higher than max stock level colour in Red

What is the correct formula to use in the conditional formatting?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
For yellow use
=$R2=0
Green
=$R2<$N2
Red
=$R2>$N2
