Combine answers from multiple answer question into one.

Hello,
I have this pivot table with answers from my survey. There are a couple of multiple answers questions. I'd like these to be combined so that every answer is in the table only once. I then want the total amount of answers in de right column.
Does anyone know how to do that?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
