VBA Code:
Sub Ungroup()

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

    Dim wb As Workbook
    Dim ws As Worksheet
    Set wb = ActiveWorkbook
    Set ws = Sheets("Summary by L5")
    wb.Activate
    ws.Select

ws.Columns("A:GK").Columns.Ungroup

Application.ScreenUpdating = True

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
