Combo Box dependent on text box value

I have a sheet for items, with 4 columns (ItemCode, ItemName, Type and Country). I have named it has ITEM_TABLE in the named range.
In my userform i have a textbox which says the country name when the userform initialize. so what i want is According to the country name the combo box has to show the items which belongs to that country.
