Hi,

Every day i get a new table with % as values. I have to reflect that as Table A with Icon set when compared with previous table. if the value is increased, then Up arrow, No Improvement, Side way arrow and if decreased then A downward arrow should be reflected. is that possible in excel. My table has 6X6 Matrix. I only use Arrow to reflect the change when compared to previous period. waiting for your help

Added a illlustration. I need to reflect as TableA and need not reflect Table2

Regards
Srikanth

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
IMO you will need to add an additional column to calculate the differences between table A and B.
Then format it with CF arrows for positive, 0 and negative.
