Compare two excel workbook and insert a row

Hello everyone,

Kindly I need your advice on how to compare data between 2 excel workbooks (A & B) and insert a row in new workbook or within the workbook "A". Below is the sample workbooks with data. It would be great if you can help me asap. Much appreciated!
