Hello,

I am trying to use CONCAT to give me all the information on a table as a sentence. So far my formula can aggregate Table A + Table B. Is there a way to do A+B A+B (i.e. 10 Dewberry@, 15 Early@,...) with the IF formula?

My current formula:

=CONCAT(IF(A3:A124>0,A3:A12,""),IF(A3:A12>0," "&B3:B12,""))

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
=TEXTJOIN(" ",,FILTER(A3:B12,A3:A12<>0))

Hi and welcome

Try

Excel Formula:
=TEXTJOIN(", ",,BYROW(FILTER(A3:B7,A3:A7>0),LAMBDA(br,TEXTJOIN(" ",,br))))

How about this (adds a space between values)
Excel Formula:
=CONCAT(IF(A3:A124>0,A3:B12& " ",""))

If you don't want the space:
Excel Formula:
=CONCAT(IF(A3:A124>0,A3:B12,""))
