Need help to set the RAG format of the cell
Conditions as follow: 0 = green, > 0 is yellow, > 0 for last 3 months = red

Cant seem to apply formula using icons
 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

If so, formula in B5, copied across
Excel Formula:
=IF(B2=0,3,IF(MIN(B2:B4)>0,1,2))
