Hello,

I have two data tables that have a relationship based on a Material Number Field. I want to conditionally format a field called "ordered qty" from the table named Orders, based on the sum of "pallet count" off of the other table named Inventory. So if there is and order placed for say 25 pallets, and there are only 22 in stock, the field would turn red. I am very new to Power BI and cannot seem to figure this out.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Steve

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hello,

Select the cell you want to format. Open up conditional formatting. Choose 'Use Formula" type in =L4<D4 "Change the cells that you want.' Use 'format painter' to paste the formatting to the other cells.

Hope that helps.
