Conditional Formatting Formula Question using IF AND

Hi I am trying to highlight a cell in the color green using a formula in the conditional formatting in excel 365 windows version.

My formula is if(and(E2<F2,F2<G2))
Then I click on format and then click on the Fill tab and click on the color green. However, I keep getting an error message any ideas?

Worked perfectly, thank you all I had to do was remove the IF portion of the formula. lOL
