Conditional formatting formula that leaves the row clear if the date is 3 months from a date located in cell f2

I have a checklist with tasks to perform on different dates. At the top of the column are dates and I would like the cells to be shaded if they do not equal a date every 3 months Falling on a friday with the First Friday being 7/1/2022

These are the formulas I have for weekly, fortnightly and monthly. I just need one for 3 monthly:

=IF(AND(WEEKDAY(XEW$2,2)=3,DAY(XEW$2)<7),TRUE(),FALSE())

=IF(WEEKDAY(B$2,2)>5,TRUE,FALSE)

=IF(NOT(WEEKDAY(B$2,2)=5),TRUE,FALSE)

=AND(ISODD(COUNTIF($B$1:B$1,"FRI")),B$1="FRI")

The first Friday is located in cell F2 with the date 7/1/2022
