I'm doing a conditional format formula to highlight a cell if any cells within a range don't match cells in another range. Unfortunately, the only formula I could come up with is:

=OR(E2<>L2,F2<>M2,G2<>N2,H2<>O2,I2<>P2,J2<>Q2,K2<>R2)

Is there a more efficient way of creating this formula so i don't need to keep adding to it?

may be:

Code:
=OR($L$2:$R$2<>$E$2:$K$2)
It's working. Needed to make it relative reference. No $'s.

Strange, when I tried using a range last time it came back with errors.
No matter. Thanks.
