Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
It's not really clear what you are saying. CF will not populate cells. You can use it to highlight them using the formula =$L2="N/A" if that's what you meant?

I'm trying to add a formula within conditional format so when N/A is entered in L2 cell it them automatically adds N/A to 3 others cells of K2 M2 O2

The cells of K2 M2 O2 cannot have a formula within the actual cell as other data can be updated within it this is why I asked if it was possible to use conditional formatting
