Conditional Formatting not working

I am trying set up a conditional formatting rule that looks a row, which will contain part of a pivot table, that says if any cell in that row is equal to or great than $50, then highlighted it red.
However, the full is also highlighting cells with text as well and I am not sure why.

The rule will skip any amount under $50, but if a cell for example has the word "Hi" in it, it will highlight it as well.
What am I missing?

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
How about
Excel Formula:
=AND(ISNUMBER(D$20),D$20>$B$11)
