Good Morning all, first off any answer i get I am deeply appreciative for, but I will not be able to really try it out until monday.

I have 2 separate Excel files I need to link them in a way that if a cell in one says one thing (and ONLY that one thing) I want a cell in the second file to say true

So the first file is named "All Trips 2023/2024". The Sheet is "Trips" Cell "M1"

The second file is called "bulk quotes" The Sheet is "bulk" if M1 on the first file has a specific value I need W1 in the second file to say True.

I hope that makes sence
