I want to create a macro, or a formula for the following :

Problem summary: trying to consolidated financials forecasts for ~15 separate programs (5 yrs out) into one financial statement summary for the company

each individual program has its unique projection model that is layed out in same format. I cannot just enter a formula to calculate a consolidated Jan 2002 sales for example:
+'c:ProgramsProgram1[Program1P&L.xls]2002P&L!'$B$5 + 'c:ProgramsProgram2[Program2P&L.xls]2002P&L!'$B$5 + etc....

Too many characters will be in formula.

Any ideas? Also if I was to add a 16th program how do I easily incorporate it?
If there is a helpful website link on this please advise.

Thanks all

Hi!

You'd probably get faster help if you posted this in the Excel questions forum.
