Converting filter from 365 to Excel 2018

Sorry to be a bother. Someone here very kindly created a filter for me which worked perfectly for what I needed, however, I've now realised I need it to be in an older version of excel that doesn't have the =Filter function. Can anyone help me with convert the below to work in the old version

=FILTER(FILTER($A$61:$T$68,$A$3=$A$60:$T$60,""),FILTER($A$61:$T$68,$A$3=$A$60:$T$60,"")<>"","")
