Copy and overwrite file only if modified date <> modified date of current file

I have an Excel file on my server. This 4 files are also located on my harddrive (c:\users\public\databases\closedtemplates\). The files are named the same. I want Excel to compare the datemodified and if the datemodified on the server is older than the file on my hard-drive, I want excel to copy the server version and paste over the file on on my harddrive:

e.g.
Server file: \\abc.com\server\file1.xlsx (last modified 9/24)
Harddrive file: \\c:\users\public\databases\closedtemplates\file1.xlsx (last modified 9/25)
