copy values and insert query

I have 2 codes to try and pull data from worksheets ("sheet1") and place into select cells in worksheets ("Group1")
If I use the value = value method - the data is complete but I cannot insert the data into a dynamic cell space
If I use the copy insert function - I lose the data from DOB to generate AGE cells
is there a way to utilise the insert function with the values = values function?
