Hello,

I'm running Excel Version 16 (believe that is the most current). I have a pivot table and I'm trying to count the number of blank cells between each entry. In the example from my screenshot I have highlighted the distance I'm trying to count.

I would need to do this for a couple hundred lines. Basically I'm trying to count the number of days between entries.

Thank you in advance!

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
This may be the wrong method for using Pivot table, which primarily summarizes data.
What does the 'Data' look like? it may be easier to sort the data by UserId then Date. Once in that format you could use a formula like
Excel Formula:
=IF(A4=A3,DATEDIF(B3,B4,"d"),"na")
which will calculate the number of days between 2 dates on the userid. the formula looks at the date (I have it in column A(UserId) & B(Date);
