Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible, without VBA to count values in excel based on a specific font color in a worksheet. Thanks

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
If the color is due to Conditional Formatting, you can often use the same rules that were used to color the cells in a COUNTIFS formula to get your counts.

If that is not the case, it looks like you can use Subtotals along with Filters (choosing the Filter by Color option) to get a count of cells by color.
See: excel count cells by color no vba - Google Search
