I have a staffing deployment schedule for an event, with positions, shift times, role type etc. and hourly rates and totals for budgeting. I regularly need to share the schedule, but with all the financial information removed.

Is there a straightforward way to create a copy of a file which only shows the non-finance columns, which draws on the original file for updated data, but which doesn't rely on the existence of the master file if it is opened elsewhere after being shared? I usually have to do this manually, saving a copy and deleting the finance columns each time, or do a pdf, which is harder for others to work with.
