does anyone have the script to customize the ribbon. I found this on YouTube but cannot get it to work

<customUI xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2009/07/customui">
<ribbon startFromScratch="true">
<tabs>
<tab id="TSL label="TSL">
<group id="Group1" label="TLS">
<button id="MainMenu" label="New1" size="Normal" supertip="New2"/>
<button id="Form2" label="Form2" size="large" supertip="Open form 2"/>
</group>
</tab>
</tab>
</ribbon>
</customUI>

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
It is not merely some XML code that you need. You have to follow the correct series of steps to create and implement your customization.

Detailed instructions are here:
and here:

I have only done this in Excel as described here (probably similar but I'm not sure):

There are also you tube videos to watch (I don't post these links as I avoid YouTube at work).
