Gurus, what's wrong with the code. Feedback shows that insert into statement contains errors. Thanks!

VBA Code:
Sub asdasd()
Dim dataconnection As New ADODB.Connection
Dim operator1 As String
dataconnection.Open "provider=microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0;  data source =" & ThisWorkbook.path & "/database/accessdata.mdb"
operator1 = " insert into Employee values(2021, 'donald trump' , 66 ,'female') "
dataconnection.Execute operator1
dataconnection.Close
Set dataconnection = Nothing
End Sub

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
What is the actual error message?

Is that the full message? Which line causes it?

If you use that syntax, you must supply values for all the fields in the table.
