Defining a named range from last cell

I have a bunch of graphs that get populated from a table to which I add a row of data each month. I then have to redefine the data range to select only the last 24 rows. I know this can be done but it's been a couple of years...

So basically the named range taking the last non-empty cell and up 24 rows and across six rows.
