Hi
I have a number of spreadsheets that I roll over into different folders every month. cols H,L and T pick up data from other spreadsheets and are subtotalled usually on the same rows using a descriptor in Col D starting with Total PSK***** (its not the only value in Col D)
As there are a large number of subtotals it is difficult and time consuming to clear the entries in cols H,L and T because I cant just highlight the columns and delete the values.
Is there a way to quickly do what I need

Any help greatly appreciated
D H L T

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
