Hi Everyone,
I have a list of names that takes up 3 column Q,R,S
I want to make a list of Blacklisted people down column V then have a macro delete those names from my list in Q,R,S

so what i need the macro to do is this,
look at every name in Column V find it in column Q then delete that row but only columns Q,R,S not the entire row (shifting up)
now the names might appear more than once in column Q

please help if you can

Thanks

Tony
