Dependent drop down list box on basis of column

Hi
I have a file named Dependant List for excel forum.xlsx
In which I have added multiple as well as duplicate records in table
I want depended drop down list for unique values of category as well as for specifications
blank cells must be skipped
your help will improvise my database structure & I'll be grateful

column C is blank column which is not in data table

Data table is for column A & B only
In Column D I have made a drop down list for category & in column E I want depended Drop down list on column A i.e. record from column B

Is there any way to resolve my issue.
