Display all only unique suffix (text) values separate coloumn with identical prefix (integer) concatenated in same coloumn

Just Highlight your Dealer ID column.
Data > Advanced Filter >Copy to another location (choose a cell on the sheet) > Tick Unique Values only >OK
If required sort this new column alphabetically
