Display Time Only

In A1 I have the following text; "- 12:30 Red Team"

I would like a formula in B1 that looks at A1 and only displays the time i.e. 12:30

I've been trying different FIND options but with no success. Any help please.

=RIGHT(LEFT(A1,SEARCH(":",A1)+2),5)

What about

=MID(A1,3,5)

If your question has not been resolved, please provide more sample and the expected results, say 5 to 10 rows (preferably with XL2BB)

If mine didn't work then presumably the one sample is not representative (always better to give several to show any variety).
But this shorter one should then I think.

=MID(A1,FIND(":",A1)-2,5)
