Good afternoon

Would it be possible to code the above into one VBA script?

I admit that I am a newcomer to VBA, but I have done some research and have found three individual scripts that can complete the process listed in the subject, although the merge files doesn't quite work properly, but I was just wondering if the whole process could be condensed into one module.

Also, is there any way that it could be scheduled to run once a week at a set date and time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jimmie
