downloading xl2bb

I am not having success at downloading xl2bb. Although the zip file is present, it does not appear in the "add-ins" list. When I try to find it by searching, I get a message that xl2bb is not an acceptable file name. Ideas please?

You need to extract the xlam file from the zip file, before you can use it.

Thank you. I am not too good at dealing with stuff like that, but I got it done and now have a "mrexcel" tab with the attendant "mrexcel forum" and "capture range" activation icons. I guess I will have to use it soon. I just cannot seem to understand why my tables are not acting as I thought they would when I changed over from spreadsheets to tables. I will work on it some more before asking for help but have not been successful yet.
