Dynamic named range

I have a named range in sheet3. currently it is A1:S72. Every week the number of rows can alter. Is there anyway of making the range dynamic to capture these changes?

This should work.

=OFFSET(Sheet3!$A$1,0,0,COUNTA(Sheet3!$A:$A),COUNTA(Sheet3!$1:$1))

Convert the range to a table, it will make the name dynamic automagically.
