I have a worksheet and in the main tab titled Job Details has an ongoing list of current and former jobs. Column A is the Job Number and there can be numerous jobs with the same job number. Column B is just a description of the job. Column C is the first week worked date, and Column D is the last week worked date.

How could I create a second tab with an array that would look at the Job Details tab and reference the Job number in column A and find the last dated entry for that specific job, and if the dates don't match in Column C and D for, would then populate those jobs into the second tab, and also use conditional formatting on the Job Details tab to indicate those entries are in the second tab?
