editing of VBA Code for amount in words

Respected Experts! I am using this code in Excel VBA for amount in words.

The problem, I am facing is that when it comes to one hundred thousand (i.e. 100000) I want to this code to return Lakh instead of hundred thousand.
any suggestions ? I am to use Pakistani Rupees and paisas.
