I am trying to develop a template for an electrical bond path analysis. I am struggling with just how to do this efficiently. I am currently capturing the part dimensions in a table. I can add specific examples for formulas once I figure out how to include images in my post.

I am working with simple structures (primarily aluminum, but also dielectrics), aluminum tubing with flanges, and electrical boxes. Part characteristics such as Length, thickness, area, ohms class, will come from a table (I think that is how I want to do it - still learning)

I need to model Class R, as well as, Class S electrical bonds (NASA-HDBK-4002 & 4003).
Link to documents Proton Drive

4002 (for conversation starters):

p. 93 Table 8—Conductor Characteristics for Charging Studies (approximate)

p. 94 Quantitative Representations of the Space Environment

p. 183 Resistivity/Conductivity Determination

Any help setting up the formulas would be greatly appreciated.
