email triggered by cell

hi guys im looking to find out how complicated it ios to get a cell text to trigger an email

iwhen i select awating collection from the drop down list in cell A2 i want an email to trigger to the email address i have in cell AB2 subject off hire

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
