Equation solver in Excel, my demand

Hello,
I want to solve equation with excel in an semi-automatic way. I don't know if it's possible but here is my problem in a first minimalist aspect :

	8​
total	10​

My 10 is unchanging and do not move, I always want a 10 in total.
If I change 2 by 6,99 I want to have the suggestion to change my 8 into 3,01

	6.99​
	8 (Possibility : 3,01)​
total	10​

Do you have an answer for this problem ?

Next, in a second minimalist aspect of my problem, there is 4 rows. I know that there is no infinite solutions to have a 10 with 4 digits (2 decimals after the punct) so if I have this :

total	10​

and I if change 2 by 3 I want the following process :

Step 1

	1 (Possibilities : 0,01 ; 0,02 ; ... ; 6,98)​
	1 (Possibilities : 0,01 ; 0,02 ; ... ; 6,98)​

	6 (Possibilities : 0,01 ; 0,02 ; ... ; 6,98)​
total	10​

First Row I choose 5

Step 2

	1 (Possibilities : 0,01 ; 0,02 ; ... ; 1,99)​

	6 (Possibilities : 0,01 ; 0,02 ; ... ; 1,99)​
total	10​

Second Row I choose 1,17

Step 3

	5​
	1,17​
	3​
	6 (Possibility : 0,83)​
total	10​

Third Row I choose 0,83

Thanks you for the answer, but I am not pro VBA.
I downloaded "the excel template" but I don't arrive to start the solver (I don't find " (5) Start Solver (Tools | Solver…)" )
