Excel: textsplit function is not showing,

I am using Microsoft excel 365 and I have recently updated my excel but there is no textsplit function showing, I want to use that function and explore more functions like textbefore, textafter.
and can i know that can i get solution by enabling "beta" but i dont know where beta is.
