I wonder if anyone can help me I have some data pulling from a system table
What I would like to do is when i have 2 rows as below I would like to match data in rows D and E if they match I would like to exclude the second row where the Requirement number is blank.
I dont want to exclude every row where the requirement number is blank because it a 2 part link so if its blanks and it doesnt match it means there is no order yet as we'd want to see that.
