Expanded menu always

How do we set MSOffice to display all the commands on a menu at all times?

I want to save time by not having to hit the down arrow button every time.

In Excel XP you would click on Tools-Customize-Options-Always Show Full Menus.

In XL 2K (and I suspect 03 but I'd have to check at home to be sure):
Tools > Customize > Options tab
& uncheck the 'Menus show recently used commands first' checkbox.
