This kind of works. Its exporting the tabs and opening the file manager but I want to automatically name the new file "PPT3 Outputfile" . I want the user to be able to select where they are saving it too but I want to name it first. Any help is appreciated.

Code:
Sub newbook()

        Dim xlsxFileName As String
        Dim sFileSaveName As Variant
        xlsxFileName = "PPT3 Output.xlsx"

        sFileSaveName = Application.GetSaveAsFilename(InitialFileName:=InitialName, fileFilter:="Excel Files (*.xlsx), *.xlsx")

        Sheets(Array("Task", "Reference")).Select
        Sheets("Reference").Activate
        Sheets(Array("Task", "Reference")).Copy

        If sFileSaveName <> False Then
         ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs sFileSaveName

        End If

        ActiveWorkbook.Close

End Sub

Thanks for the help

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
How about
VBA Code:
Sub gheyman()
   Dim xlsxFileName As String
   Dim sFileSaveFolder As String
   xlsxFileName = "PPT3 Output.xlsx"

   With Application.FileDialog(4)
      .AllowMultiSelect = False
      If .Show Then
         sFileSaveFolder = .SelectedItems(1)
      Else
         Exit Sub
      End If
   End With

   Sheets(Array("Task", "Reference")).Select
   Sheets("Reference").Activate
   Sheets(Array("Task", "Reference")).Copy

   ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs sFileSaveFolder & Application.PathSeparator & xlsxFileName, 51

   ActiveWorkbook.Close
End Sub
