Export tabs and then name the new workbook before saving it

This kind of works. Its exporting the tabs and opening the file manager but I want to automatically name the new file "PPT3 Outputfile" . I want the user to be able to select where they are saving it too but I want to name it first. Any help is appreciated.

        xlsxFileName = "PPT3 Output.xlsx"
