Extract data from multiple scan PDF files and transfer in excel

I receive data in scan pdf documnets. I receive such files in 500 numbers at a time, i want to extract amount and loan number, date and name of customer from all these Scan PDF files and save in Excel. Can you give some solution so i can extract this data from these files in one go and save it in excel. the third party softwares are not working as they dont take proper numbers or make lots of spelling mistakes.
I have Adobe Acrobat subcription.
