I am extracting records between 2 dates in a table. I also have a cell to count the number of records being extracted. Although this information is not crucial, I am using this for a quick cross reference to the physical receipts. Refer to the attached image. The formulas in the extraction cells are accurately extracting the data hoever the formula in the count cell ("M2") is counting the records for the previous month (in this case June). If I change the dates to 01-06-2023 to 30-06-2023, the extracted data is correct for June and the count of records is 1, as it should be for July. I have changed the date format in the cells to every option in the list but none made a difference. I simply cannot determine the error. I used this formula in other workbooks without any problem. Can anyone help?

Sorry folks. I found the problem. I needed to remove the = sign before the K1 reference and just subtract all records less that that date.
